Aerotel London Heathrow

Located in Terminal 3's Arrivals Hall at London Heathrow Airport, Aerotel London* is a landside in-terminal hotel with 82 rooms in a range of sizes. Find out more about the different room types available and what's included below:

  • Solo Plus*: perfect for solo travellers, Solo Plus rooms include a single bed and private bathroom
  • Double Plus*: great for couples, friends or solo travellers who appreciate more space, Double Plus rooms include one double bed or two single beds and a private bathroom
  • Family*: ideal for small families or groups of friends, Family rooms feature two double beds and a private bathroom

Within walking distance of Terminal 2 and the Heathrow Express for free transfers, Aerotel London is easily accessible from different terminals.

As well as a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom, your stay at Aerotel London also includes personal amenities, complimentary coffee and tea, Freeview TV and Wi-Fi. Different pillow options, wake-up services, ironing facilities, baby cots and wheelchairs are also available on request.

Aerotel FAQs

Do I need to go through security to access my hotel?

It depends on whether your hotel* is airside or landside. If your hotel is located in an airside area, you'll only be able to access it if you've checked in and cleared security or if you're in transit and have cleared transit customs and security.

You must have an onward flight boarding pass to stay in an airside hotel. Only cabin luggage can be brought into an airside hotel so please bear this in mind when packing your bags.

Meanwhile, landside hotels are in areas that are accessible to the general public. Different airports have different rules but you'll generally be able to access landside hotels without having to clear security, customs or passport control.

When should I check in and check out?

Aerotel offers flexible booking* so you can check in and check out at a time that suits you. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation letter with details of your exact check-in and check-out time as well as your total stay hours.

Depending on the hotel's availability, you may be able to check in early but that may also be subject to charges. You also have the option to extend your stay by asking at hotel reception, subject to availability.

What are the benefits of Aerotel's Smart Traveller programme?

When you join Aerotel's Smart Traveller programme*, you'll earn points every time you spend on participating Aerotel airport hotels, airport lounges and airport dining outlets.

You'll also earn points on eligible purchases with Aerotel's earn partners and you'll get member discounts at participating outlets.

Smart Traveller members can also redeem lounge upgrade passes, travel/electronic gadgets and seated massages at participating airport lounges for as low as 60 points. Plus, you'll get extra points when visiting lounges, dining or staying at Aerotel during your birthday month.
