VIBE holidays by Jet2* were created for younger travellers looking to have fun and let loose on a budget. Some hotels in the VIBE collection may be adults-only or simply not suitable for children, so you may instead wish to browse Jet2holidays' family breaks.
Can I make changes to my holiday after I've booked and what are the charges?
You can make some changes to your holiday via the Jet2holidays' website*, such as requesting meals on your flight or booking optional extras.
Other changes may require you to speak with a member of the team to make amendments. All changes are subject to availability and a standard admin fee as well as any increase in cost.
What if I want to cancel my holiday?
If you wish to cancel your holiday, you must let Jet2holidays know by phone, email, post or online via the booking platform*. In most cases, you will be charged for cancelling your trip and the amount is calculated based on how much notice you give to Jet2holidays of your cancellation.
