FAQs

Do I need to pre-book my ticket?

You can pre-book your tour ticket or purchase it on the day, however, pre-booking is recommended* to avoid disappointment. It also works out cheaper.

If you pre-book your ticket, please note that the timeslot you receive is your arrival time rather than your tour departure time. This is to manage stadium visitor flow. For this reason, you should allow up to two hours for your visit. If you're running late, please contact the booking team on 0800 169 9933.

Is Wembley Stadium accessible for those with disabilities?

The tour* is generally suitable for wheelchair users and there are disabled toilets throughout. However, please note that there are steps within the stadium. The steps going up to the Royal Box are uneven and not wheelchair accessible. If you wish to go up to the Royal Box, staff can assist via an alternative route.

Please also note that there are dark spaces, strobe lighting and loud sound effects throughout the tour. Please tell a member of staff if you'd like to avoid these areas. Wembley Stadium is service dog friendly.

Is there a tour café in the stadium?

Sadly, there is not a café. However, there's a vending machine in the self-guided areas of the tour. You can also redeem discount codes with your Wembley Stadium tour ticket* to use at many of the shops and restaurants at the London Designer Outlet. To do this, simply head over to the London Designer Outlet Guest Services and present your ticket.
